In January 2017 we drove the entire length of India in a rickshaw for charity (and for fun).

I decided to film this crazy 3000km pan-Indian adventure in a 7 horsepower Tuk Tuk,
which is probably the worst vehicle on the planet. I cut the documentary in five short parts.

 Enjoy!

PART 1

In the first part of the Rickshaw Run we realise that this isn't just a fun little race. We literally have to sign our lives away. We get to see our rickshaw and pimp it out with all kinds of weird stuff. We also have our first party in India!

In this episode we really get to settle in this beautiful country and we get ready for our departure.

PART 2

The first day on the road! We have to cross several ferries, swerve around a lot of cows and we get ambushed by an Indian village. The distance that we have to cover seems to be impossible after one full day of driving. We even do some sightseeing and stumble upon beautiful places.

This might even be easy...

And while we were looking at the broken engine, my camera got stolen.

PART 3

After the rough patch we had at the ending of part 2, we pick up where we started and get back on the road. We leave Goa and head into the countryside, not without a ton of problems of course. We get involved in a crash and drive through the night multiple times...

Should be a fun episode to watch!

PART 4

After a hectic night in Pune, we depart in the direction of the big one, Mumbai. When we finally arrive, we decide to spend a day in the city and explore the city centre for a while. Marten even gets a haircut!

What follows is a shitload of driving and a couple of breakdowns, as usual.

PART 5

The last couple of days from the Rickshaw Run are finally here! We convoy with some other participants and we get to enjoy our very last time with the Tuk Tuk in the desert. There even is a parade through the city of Jaisalmer!

We end with a total recap on the best, amazing and mostly craziest adventure we've ever been on in our entire lives.
